Thanks To My Teacher, LLC, based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is directed by co-founders Michael Sheehan and Jennifer Delaney.

Michael Sheehan initiated this endeavor following a 35 year career producing, directing and writing projects for broadcast and corporate television.

Jennifer Delaney brings to the project years of experience in business administration, licensing and contract negotiation.  Delaney was Director of Business Affairs at Sheffield Lab Recordings and at Sugar Hill Records.

Because Thanks To My Teacher, LLC is dedicated to doing socially uplifting work, many people expect us to be a 501(c)3 "not-for-profit" charitable organization.  We are not, and here is why:

The dividing line between profit seeking companies and socially conscious organizations is not as clear as it once was. Many of today’s most vibrant companies straddle the increasingly blurred boundary between social activism and success in the marketplace.
